Only troublemakers, according to Keyamo, are seriously concerned about Tinubu’s whereabouts.
The admission by Festus Keyamo (SAN), spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, that he does not know Bola Tinubu’s whereabouts is “a national security concern,” according to Daniel Bwala, the spokesman for the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization, on Thursday.
Festus Keyamo’s assertion sparked a response from Bwala.
Festus Keyamo, spokesman for the APC campaign council, said he is unsure of where Tinubu, the party’s presidential standard bearer, is at the moment
“Our candidate is not in the country currently and I don’t have any information on where he is,” Keyamo had said.
On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, Keyamo claimed that only troublemakers were seriously worried about Tinubu’s location on Channels TV’s “Politics Today.”
However, Bwala referred to Keyamo’s remarks as a danger.
“Based on the confession/admission of their campaign spokesman, it is safe to assume that their candidate is missing, That’s a national security risk.
“At every given time, campaign must know the location of their PC and why he is in that location. It is called national security,” Bwala wrote on his known Twitter handle.
The former governor of Lagos State has been abroad for more than a week, but no one knows where he is. This has led to rumors that he was transported abroad for immediate medical assistance.
On Sunday, October 2, 2022, he uploaded a video to his Twitter account in which he can be seen exercising by riding a spinning bike.
That didn’t, however, persuade many skeptics who have persisted in implying that the APC presidential contender is receiving treatment for a serious illness.
