Renowned singer Timaya recently shared a story about how he purchased a Bentley key holder at Bishop David Oyedepo’s Shiloh, long before he could afford the luxury car itself.
During an interview with Naija FM 102.7, Timaya reflected on this symbolic act of faith, which he believes played a role in manifesting his dream of owning a Bentley.
He also recounted an incident with Burna Boy at a studio, where Burna dismissed his female colleagues, Omawumi and Waje, for doubting his aspirations of flying private jets.
Timaya emphasized how his faith has consistently paved the way for his successes, citing the Bentley story as a testament to his belief in the power of positive action and trust in divine timing.
“Nothing Burna Boy is doing now surprises me. The guy is fearless. There was one time when Burna Boy, Omawumi and Waje were in the studio, and he [Burna Boy] started saying that a time would come when he would be getting paid to enter jet. Omawumi and Waje started doubting him because then Nigerian artists hadn’t started flying private jets. He got angry and opened the studio door and asked them to leave.
Before I bought my Bentley, I first buy the key holder for Shiloh. I no even get money for the Bentley oh. I just go Shiloh. I’m a Winner.”
