Popular TikToker Peller has opened up about his past struggles, revealing that he once worked as a carpenter in Ikorodu before rising to fame.
During an interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Rubbin’ Minds, the viral content creator shared insights into his early life and career journey.
According to Peller, he was born in Ibadan before relocating to Ikorodu, Lagos State. While there, he initially worked at a printing press before deciding to learn carpentry. However, he eventually abandoned it after realizing it wouldn’t provide him with the life he envisioned.
Reflecting on his journey, Peller said:
“I’m from Ikorodu, but I was born in Ibadan in 2004. In 2006, I was sent back to Ikorodu—that’s where I grew up. Before TikTok, it was just school and furniture work. Before that, I worked at a printing press…”
"Ikorodu is my life. I grew up there."
