Rapper Vector has spoken out about recent events affecting the country’s unity ahead of the February general election.
According to Vector, this election will be meaningless if the character of certain individuals is geared toward the destruction of unity.
The rapper, who admitted that most of our parents have tribal feelings, also stated that Nigerians are the ones who allow the divide and conquer concept to continue.
Vector went on to say that his tweets are not the result of his colleague, Brymo, who was recently called out for an offensive tweet directed at Igbos.
He tweeted;
The election won’t mean anything if your character is tilting towards the destruction of unity. They tell you politics is a dirty game and you normalize filth. A lot of you are the ones allowing the divide and conquer concept continue.
And no this is not about Brymo because i don’t care about what many people say as I will never know why they are saying what they are saying. That said, many of our parents have tribal sentiments but what about us? The leaders of “ tomorrow” ? Miss me with your daft opinions.
