Nollywood actor Prince Eke has criticized his peers while marking the eighth anniversary of his survival from a kidnapper’s den in Rivers State. On his Instagram page, the actor recounted how some colleagues and close friends accused him of orchestrating his own kidnapping for financial gain. Reflecting on the challenging experience, he described it as a living hell, emphasizing that the false accusations made by friends and colleagues were the most distressing aspect. Prince Eke urged his fans to pray for life, using his own situation as an example, as he expressed gratitude for the gift of grace and life despite the difficulties he faced.
In his words: “Today marks exactly 8 years I was kidnapped in Nigeria. Along Ubima road in Rivers state. I experienced hell on earth. But the greatest experience was that most of my colleagues and friends alleged that I kidnapped myself to raise money.
Pray for life, because if you eventually die. People that you thought were close to you will say so many unprintable things about you. Thank God for the gift of life and grace!”.
