Davido was nominated for Best Global Album, Best African Performance, and Best Global Music Performance. Prior to the event, the prophet had foretold Davido’s triumphant win in all three categories.
However, after Davido failed to clinch any awards, the prophet attributed his unsuccessful bid to a photo posted by his lawyer, Prince Bobo.
