In a post shared on Instagram on Sunday, the father of four emphasized the value of creating a supportive, transparent environment that encourages young people to experience relationships and personal growth without fear or secrecy.
Teebillz, whose daughter lives in Los Angeles, highlighted the emotional and financial effort he’s invested in raising her and proudly reflected on her development.
“I’d rather welcome my daughter’s boyfriend into my home at 18 than restrict her and risk rebellion. I’m proud to guide her toward a respectful, accomplished young Black man raised in a stable, loving household,” he wrote.
He continued by noting:
“Raising a child for 18 years in a private school in Los Angeles isn’t easy. I know my mom would be proud of the parent I’ve become.”
Teebillz credited his daughter’s maturity and responsible choices to his open-minded approach to parenting.

In the same post, he shared a heartfelt interaction with his daughter’s boyfriend, Kobe, commending the young man’s values and respectful nature.
