Premier League club, Newcastle United, have been reportedly offered the chance to sign Watford and Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Dennis.
Newcastle’s search for a striker continues, having missed out on a deal to sign Reims striker Hugo Ekitike earlier this summer. The Magpies have Callum Wilson and Chris Wood as their only recognised strikers, but coach Eddie Howe is considering signing more attackers to provide competition.
According to the Chronicle Live, Magpies manager Eddie Howe is keen to add the Nigerian to his ranks.
Dennis, who is available for a fee of around £20m, was left out of Watford’s pre-season training camp in Austria, an indication that he isn’t in the plans of Rob Edwards for the new season.
