The Super Eagles assembled in Abuja on Sunday, but first training will be this morning to allow invitees rest after weekend league action.
The African champions host Kenya in a 2014 World Cup qualifier in Calabar on March 23.
“Most of the invited players apart from those of Enyimba and Rangers played on Sunday evening and they must be fatigued from hurrying to camp, so we have to allow them get some rest if we are to get the result that we want from them,” explained Keshi.
At the last count almost all the 24 players invited to camp had arrived including stand-in skipper Chigozie Agbim, Warri Wolves towering defender, Azubuike Egwueke and Sunshine stars defender Godfrey Oboabona.
Others are goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi of Heartland , Rangers’ Chibuzor Okonkwo, and the Kano Pillars duo of Gabriel Reuben and Papa Idris. Benjamin Francis is also in camp.
It is expected that it will be a full house by the Tuesday morning training.
