Popular content creator Peller has shared the reason behind the swift dismissal of his newly hired cameraman, who holds a master’s degree.
Speaking in a conversation with skit-maker Carter Efe, Peller explained that the cameraman hired just a week earlier was let go despite being paid ₦500,000 upfront. The issue? The cameraman unexpectedly showed up at Peller’s residence with his luggage, asking to move in after allegedly being evicted from his previous accommodation.
Peller was shocked by the request, stating:
“I gave him ₦500K upfront, then he suddenly came with his bags to my place, saying he had nowhere else to stay and asked me to help him. What kind of request is that? The house isn’t even mine. If it were my personal place, maybe we’d talk…”
This incident comes after Peller had publicly announced a job opening, specifically seeking someone with a master’s degree to fill the cameraman role.
