Stan Alieke, the lawyer representing Speed Darlington, has challenged Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy to arrest socialite Pascal Okechukwu, aka Cubana Chief Priest, for allegedly defaming him, just as he did with his client.
According to NAIJALOG, Cubana Chief Priest has been taunting Burna Boy online after the singer seemingly threw a shade at him. In one of his posts, Chief Priest accused Burna Boy of having an inappropriate relationship with American music executive Diddy to secure his Grammy win.
Speed Darlington was previously arrested for making similar allegations. In response, Darlington’s lawyer, Stan Alieke, has urged Burna Boy to prove he’s not a coward by arresting Chief Priest in the same manner he did his client.
On his Instagram story, Alieke wrote, “Your petition claims the Diddy and baby oil remarks have caused ‘irreparable damage to your international reputation and lost you gigs.’ Now, another person with more influence is making the same reference, so the world expects you to engage the police and arrest him too, as that’s your usual approach. Otherwise, people will see it as cowardice.”
Alieke ended by emphasizing, “I’m just a lawyer wanting justice for all.”
