Sophia Momodu, the baby mama of popular singer Davido, has taken legal action against him by sending a cease and desist letter through her legal representatives, PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors. The letter alleges that Davido engaged in cyberbullying, harassment, and smear campaigns on social media. This move follows recent accusations by Tiwa Savage, claiming that Davido threatened her over her relationship with Sophia Momodu. The legal notice accuses Davido of coordinating cyberbullying attacks and making threatening remarks towards individuals associated with Momodu.
The letter partly read:
“It is shocking that notwithstanding our earlier email to your good self which was not responded to and the Petition against your client curently being investigated by the Police, your client has continued with his disruptive and unlawful conduct.
“Our client in the last couple of days has been subjected to a series of coordinated attacks and cyberbullying orchestrated by your client and his cohorts.
“We are again by this letter reiterating our position expressed in our earlier email that your client would be held responsible for any harm that may befall our client as such will be a clear manifestation of the threats and premedicated ambitions of your client.”
