Skales, a popular singer, has finally addressed his long-running feud with Afrobeats superstar Wizkid.
It will be remembered that the two exchanged insults on the microblogging platform Twitter in 2015.
The feud began when one Twitter user asked when he and Wizkid would release a song together during a question and answer session with fans.
Skales had previously stated that WizKid was too busy for him.
Skales revealed in a recent interview with Echo Room that he meant it as a joke but that the singer misinterpreted it.
He revealed that his friend had called to tell him that WizKid was cursing his father on Twitter for what he had said.
Skales claimed that the responses that came from his account at the time were not even from him, but rather from the lady he was dating at the time.
He went on to say that he felt insulted by the whole thing, but attributed it to the possibility that WizKid was in a bad mood at the time.
