On Monday, December 16, Bishop David Abioye announced a three-day spiritual programme in Abuja to prepare followers for the new year. The event, set for December 27–29 at the National Stadium Velodrome, aims to provide attendees with divine wisdom and guidance for navigating 2025.
Bishop Abioye’s announcement followed social media remarks by Dino Melaye, who explained his absence from Shiloh 2024, an annual event by the Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel).
Melaye, a former senator and governorship candidate from Kogi State, stated on Sunday, December 15, that “Shiloh without Bishop Abioye is somehow,” referencing Abioye’s recent retirement from Winners Chapel and his non-attendance at the event.
“I can’t understand why Bishop Oyedepo, who is older, is not retired, and it is Bishop Abioye who is younger that should be forcefully retired. God did not retire Abioye, only Oyedepo did. Let’s watch..,”
he said.
