Top Nigerian music stars Shallipopi and Davido delivered electrifying performances on the opening night of the 2025 Afro Nation music festival.
The annual three-day event, first launched in 2019, celebrates African music and culture and is currently being held in Portimão, Portugal. According to NAIJALOG, the 2025 edition officially kicked off on Wednesday night.
Shallipopi made a grand impression by bringing his siblings and fellow artists on stage during his lively performance of the hit track “Lahoo.” Davido also captivated the crowd with energetic renditions of his chart-topping songs “If,” “Fall,” “Dami Duro,” and “Fia.”
Nigerian singer Tems is set to take the stage on Thursday night, while Friday’s closing performances will feature Burna Boy, Kamo Mphela, Booba, and Dexta Daps.
