On the evening on May 30th, 2013, a car drove up to a curb, dumped a naked body of a 25-year old girl and sped away in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Witnesses immediately wrapped the girl in a blanket and contacted the police.
Investigations ot the incident lead to the suspect who turned out to be Khalid bin Sa’ad bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud.
The girl was kidnapped by an associate of the prince’s, and transferred to an unknown place, where she was sexually assaulted. When she tried to escape, she was killed and her body disposed off.
In a country where murderers are charged with capital punishment, thieves have their hands cut off and adulterers are lashed and stoned to death, no word on any arrest or confirmed charges to have been filed and none is expected.
If the moral and ethical misdeeds of Saudi corrupt royalties are put down on a piece of paper they would probably be long enough to travel around the Kingdom.
But the state controlled media hardly reports any of the incidents. Had it not been for international press and the internet, most of these stories may never leave the alleys of the Kingdom ruled by the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques. A country that thrives on the basis of the religion it’s soil has given birth to and they carry the title of its guardians.
