Nigerian emerging artist, Chisom Faith, popularly known as Rexxie, pleads for help after being apprehended by Ugandan authorities. The singer, who recently proposed to his girlfriend, took to Instagram on Monday morning to seek assistance. He disclosed that he is currently held by the Ugandan Immigration authorities but did not specify the grounds for his arrest, which he considers “unjust.” Rexxie implored his followers to support his release by using the hashtag “UgandaFreeRexxie.” He wrote, “I’ve been detained by Ugandan Immigration. Please, I need assistance. This is extremely unfair! HELP HELP HELP!!! #UgandaFreeRexxie.”
