Reactions as presidency flies abba kyari to lagos, asked where the N5.2b ASO VILLA clinic budget is

A twitter user Nedu Ekeke has accused the presidency and asked why Abba Kyari is been flown to Lagos for treatment.

According to Nedu he alleged that presidency has budgeted a total of N5.2 billion between 2016 and 2018.

He wrote:

Presidency plans to fly Abba Kyari to Lagos for treatment.

But in 3 years between 2016 and 2018, Buhari’s govt budgeted a total of N5.2 billion for Aso Villa Clinic.
 (2016 = N3.87b, 2017 = N331.7m, 2018 = N1.03b).

So, why Lagos?
