Ray J pleads no contest in court on Aug. 28. Judge Edward Moreton sentenced Norwood to three years summary probation and 50 hours of community service. The defendant also was ordered to attend alcohol therapy and anger management classes.
Additionally, Judge Moreton ordered him to stay away from the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. As part of the negotiated settlement, Norwood will have to pay any restitution resulting from the May 30 incident.
The singer pleaded not guilty Tuesday, Aug. 19 to misdemeanor charges of sexual battery, vandalism, battery on a police officer and resisting a peace officer.
