Nigerian rap heavyweight Modenine (Segun Babatunde) has revealed he will be releasing his sixth studio album ‘Above Ground Level‘ in a couple of weeks.
The Hip-Hop icon who won ‘The Headies‘ ‘Lyricist on the Roll‘ award for a record sixth time in 2013 says the album will be released after the first leg of his upcoming AGL tour.
The rapper has also released the first single off his upcoming project, ‘Bigger than this‘. The heavy-drum laced single was produced by newbie Chordless and mixed by Doc Def.
If Modenine releases the album, he will meet up with Eedris Abdulkareem’s record of six albums.
