President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has reaffirmed that his administration will not stand by while any part of the country suffers from insecurity.
Speaking on Saturday during the 25th anniversary celebration of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) in Kaduna, Tinubu represented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas said he inherited significant security challenges but remains determined to tackle them.
The President noted that his government is also focused on reversing the region’s prolonged economic setbacks. He highlighted upcoming crude oil production from the Kolmani fields and other emerging opportunities as catalysts for economic revitalization.
“I won’t allow the Northern Nigeria to continue to bleed. I will tame the insecurity menace,” Tinubu said.
