Nigerian music star, Portable, has turned to God for help amid his ongoing dispute with the Ogun State government, referencing renowned human rights lawyer, Femi Falana.
The singer recently made headlines after he and his crew allegedly assaulted government officials in Ogun State.
In a bid to make amends, Portable issued a public apology to Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, pleading for forgiveness and acknowledging the authority of the government, stating that after God, it deserves the highest respect.
Taking to Instagram, Portable further expressed his desire for a fearless legal representative, specifically mentioning Femi Falana as an ideal figure. He also prayed for divine intervention, asking God to send him helpers during this difficult time.
His post read: “God, all I want is fearless lawyers. People like Daddy Falana, a man of integrity. God, send me my helper, I need your assistance. I need someone fearless like Daddy 🙏.”
