Street-pop singer Habeeb Olalomi Badmus, popularly known as Portable, has finally addressed the criticism surrounding his love life.
The singer recently called out his ex-lover, Queen Dami, the widow of the late Alaafin of Oyo. In a new video circulating online, Portable responded fiercely to his critics, dismissing their opinions and defending his choices.
He revealed that people often question what women see in him, and in his words, they see “glory,” which continues to attract them to him. Portable went on to curse his detractors, accusing many of them of struggling to feed themselves, let alone supporting five women as he does.
The Zeh Nation boss also challenged his critics to showcase their own partners, noting that many so-called “online in-laws” have children but are unwilling to present their spouses to the public. He further alleged that some of his detractors marry off their daughters to criminals yet criticize him, a man who works hard to care for his family.
Portable’s response comes days after media personality Patrick Doyle took a jab at him amid the drama with Queen Dami. Doyle labeled the Zazu crooner and his ex-lover as “goats,” stating that “goats of the same feather flock together.”
The singer’s video has since sparked further discussions online, with fans and critics sharing mixed reactions.
