Yoruba actor Femi Adebayo and son of veteran yoruba actor, Adebayo Salami was reportedly hospitalized after having been attacked by unknown hoodlums in Ilorin, Kwara State.
The actor was at the movie shoot in Tanke area of the state capital, when the thugs demanded money and threatened shooting. However, their demand was not fulfilled by the film crew.
A local told journalists that following their refusal the hoodlums attacked Adebayo and other members of the crew. While the police upon arriving tried to stop the shooting, one person was shot dead.
According to the fresh information provided, Femi Adebayo, popularly known as ‘Jelili’, was among those injured and rushed to the hospital for medical assistance.
