The picture of Nigerian policeman smoking marijuana in public went viral on the social media and different blogs today.
Although the picture is not totally conclusive that he actually smoked weed, but many Nigerians that commented on the social media stated that it was clear, the policeman wasn’t smoking a cigarette, many were fast to conclude he was smoking marijuana, others called it ‘Skunk’
On the popular Nigerian forumn, Nairaland sunvick noted that this happened in Port Hacourt, because of the colour of the commercial cab in the background of the picture.
