Men of the Oyo State Police Command have arrested seven persons in connection with the discovery of 20 dead bodies in an uncompleted building in Soka area, Ibadan and the holding in bondage of seven persons.

Police spokesman, Olabisi Ilobanafor, told journalists that those arrested include two persons found in the building and five security personnel working in a nearby company.
According to her, the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has begun investigation into the discovery.
Ilobanafor explained that a group of 100 area boys invaded the gate behind the State Urban Mass Transit Yard located at Soka in search of two missing cyclists when they discovered an uncompleted building where two women and five women were found chained and totally disordered.
