According to Sky News, Duane “Keffe D” Davis, 60, has been charged with killing iconic American artist Tupac Shakur.
The Las Vegas Police presented Keffe D, who is rumored to be the uncle of one of Tupac’s well-known adversaries, Orlando Anderson, in court.
Keffe D was charged with murder with the use of a dangerous weapon by the jury.
On the night of Tupac’s death, his nephew Anderson, who was reportedly involved in a casino altercation with the rapper’s friends, denied any role in the rapper’s murder at the time.
Two years later, Anderson lost his life in a separate gang shooting.
In interviews and his 2019 autobiography, “Compton Street Legend,” Keffe D acknowledged being in the automobile that was reportedly used in the shooting.
Tupac was shot several times before he passed away. At the time, he was 25.
There had never been an arrest in the case prior to Friday.
