Robbery cases has been on the rise since the lockdown commenced and residents in the affected areas have all become vigilantes
A suspected robber that was caught in the Ikotun area of Lagos during a failed operation in the area, has begged for mercy, pleading for the mob to spare his life.
Just as some group of teenage robbers hold residents of the state to ransom, members of the community in Ikotun kept watch anticipating the coming of the robbers.
They were able to capture 2 of the robbers and tortured then mercilessly with hot red iron.
In a video that has been going viral on social media, one of the robbers could be heard begging for mercy while in state of discomfort.
