Heidi Klum’s Easter holiday hopped quickly away from fun in the sun to a terrifying experience when her 7-year-old son, Henry, nearly drowned.

While vacationing in Oahu, Hawaii Sunday with her family, Klum’s son and two of his nannies were taken by a large riptide.

“We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave,” Klum told Us Weekly. “Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water.”
She raced over to the little boy and grabbed him by the wrist, helping the child emerge from the rough tide.

Klum also picked up one of the boy’s nannies from the armpits to lift her from the harsh waves.

The supermodel powered up to superhero, with nothing but a skimpy multicolored bikini for her cape.
The sexy bathing suit led to a few wardrobe malfunctions. Her top shifted several times during the rescue to reveal a bit more than expected during the high-energy rescue.

Klum processes the danger of the treacherous current with absolutely no concern as to whether her bikini top is in place.
But the safety of her loved ones clearly took precedence over keeping her breasts completely covered.

Heidi Klum was playing with her children on the sunny beach when tragedy almost struck.
The mission was aided by Klum’s bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kirsten but little Henry was able to get himself out of the troubled waters.
“Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land,” she described. “We were able to get everyone out safely.”

‘Frohe Ostern …..Happy Easter!’ Heidi Klum tweeted a photo of Easter eggs on a Hawaiian beach on March 31 before the near drowning incident.
Klum, 39, even tweeted a photo of colorful eggs hidden along the shoreline with the caption, “Happy Easter!”
Outside of being a heroic mother, Klum will join the judges table for the next season of “America’s Got Talent.” She and fellow newcomer, Mel B, replace Sharon Osbourne and join the show’s vets Howie Mandel and Howard Stern.
“I’m really excited to join the panel of ‘AGT’ to see it all — from the ridiculous to the fantastic!” she said in a previous statement. “I love the surprise element of the show and not knowing what we’ll see next and who will wow us.”
