Popular gospel artiste, Lanre teriba, who recently travelled to South Africa to perform at a show was attacked by armed robbers and shot on the leg.
According to reports, the blended gospel singer had just finished a stage performance alongside Fuji artiste, Dele Taiwo at a valentine show tagged ‘Praise Night Concert in South Africa’.
The event which took place on the 15th of February at West End Theater, G2 Entrance, Pretoria Show Ground, Pretoria West was a huge success but it didn’t end well as Teriba was attacked immediately after the show by some unknown persons.
Teriba was robbed of personal effects including his Blackberry, Ipad, wrist watch and money. The Atorise crooner was shot on the leg and was taken to a nearby hospital in Pretoria for treatment.
Reports claimed he has fully recovered from the wound sustained.
