The person in this picture probably belongs to a syndicate that kidnapped one Mr Emefiele Sylvester, a staff of NNPC Abuja office. The man was kidnapped on his way back to Abuja….The men have refused to make contact with the family but have been moving from ATM to ATM withdrawing money from the victim’s bank account.
The family got to know this because, according to the man’s in-law, Martins Ugwu, the victim had used his wife’s phone for transaction alerts.
The picture was taken from one of the ATM cameras. They are using his ATM to withdraw money daily since Sept 30th 2012…
The family is appealing for assistance by using this picture to identify the culprits
