A survey by 1,000 women and 600 men to discover their tried and tested methods of achieving orgasm also called big ‘O’ (or ‘moregasm’ as they put it, which isn’t cringe at all) has revealed the perfect formula to doing this.
The poll which by Ann Summers which asked the question, how do you achieve a perfect orgasm every single time?
The perfect formula for women
Having a glass of wine (24%) combined with foreplay (24%), a vibrator (35%) and your current long term partner (45%) (if you have one) is the perfect way to achieve climax.
Twenty-five per cent of women listed stress as their biggest passion killer.
And for men…
Replace the glass of wine with a naughty film (35%), have sex in two positions – ideally doggy style (31%) and woman on top (21%) – add in lubricant (11%) plus a long term partner (43%) and it’s a sure thing.
For 24 per cent of men, it’s alcohol that’s the biggest barrier to climax.
We know, it’s not exactly rocket science, but, hey, we’re simple folk.
As for the other deal-breakers, people listed being in a location with others nearby (19%), interruptions from children (13%) and being too hot (12%).
And don’t worry if you’re single. Although the person most likely to give you your best orgasm is your long term partner, a lot of Brits believe they are pretty good at pleasing themselves – 18 per cent are most likely to reach orgasm if they got it alone.
