BBNaija personality, Pere Egbi, has expressed his thoughts on the acrimonious custody dispute between music artist Davido and his first baby mama, Sophia Momodu.
It is important to note that since Davido transitioned from Sophia to his current wife, Chioma, the two have been in disagreement, with Sophia accusing him of financial mistreatment and branding him a neglectful father.
Using the micro-blogging platform X, Pere stressed the significance of a father’s involvement in their child’s life while censuring mothers who employ their children as tools against their father.
He underlined that any disagreements between parents are not the child’s fault and thus should not impact the child’s ability to spend time with their father.
“No child should be denied knowing and spending time with and being a part of their father’s life. You ain’t cool with the dad; that’s not the child’s fault. Some women are just unbelievable,” he wrote.
