A man in London who was bitten and stabbed during an armed assault was in grave danger when his wounds turned septic. He started suffering from hallucinations and psychosis.
The teen victim from Northampton had to be placed in an induced coma after the brutal assault. Later, the 19-year-old woke up believing he is Barack Obama, the president of United States, reports The Sun.
The prosecutor told the judge that the patient’s condition had worsened and he claimed that he could hear “six million people talking”, the Sun newspaper reported.
The victim was undergoing treatment at a psychiatric hospital, and is yet to make a full recovery four months later.
