Nollywood star Osas Ighodaro has raised concerns about the country’s high inflation rate, which has impacted the prices of goods in the market.
During an interview with Pulse, the actress mentioned that due to inflation, N1 million would not last her more than a day.
Ighodaro is not the only celebrity to express worries about the increasing expenses and inflation in the country. Other public figures like Mofe Duncan, Comedian Layi Wasabi, and many more have voiced similar concerns recently.
The actress Osas Ighodaro was asked, “How long would it take you to spend N1 million in this economy?”
She responded, “How many seconds? Did you say seconds? Things are costly. Maybe I’d spend it in a day depending on what I’m purchasing.”
