Actress and filmmaker Omoni Oboli has issued an apology to her fans following the removal of her latest movie due to allegations of plagiarism.
Earlier, Omoni had uploaded her new film, titled A Different Type of Love, on her YouTube channel. However, shortly after its release, some viewers pointed out similarities between her movie and another production called Hope Given, accusing her of copying its storyline.
In response to the claims, Omoni addressed the controversy on her social media platform, expressing her stance on the matter and apologizing to her audience.
She wrote:
