Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, disclosed today that fasting and praying are critical tools needed by leaders to lead their people saying he does it before taking any critical decision.

He made this statement while delivering a speech at the ongoing commissioning of special projects of the River State Government, led by Governor Rotimi Amaechi in the state.

Obasanjo who commended the efforts of the governor equally praised his wife for her supportive roles.
