The Nigerian film industry is in deep sorrow as celebrated filmmaker Dimeji Ajibola has passed away, leaving a lasting legacy through his groundbreaking movies.

This year, Nollywood has faced a series of tragic losses, including beloved stars like veteran actor John Okafor, also known as Mr. Ibu, Junior Pope, and other notable figures.

Actor Bolanle Ninalowo shared the heartbreaking news of Ajibola’s passing on Instagram, where he expressed his sorrow and offered condolences to Ajibola’s family and loved ones. Ninalowo’s post read: β€œI love you, brother, and I will miss you @dimejiajibola πŸ™πŸΎ. May God heal your family & loved ones πŸ™πŸΎ. Till we meet again, Didi Vox ❀️.
