The news which was recently reported about the hijack of a school bus in Nyanya, Abuja has been confirmed by the principal of the school in question.
The proprietress of Vine International Academy in Nyanya, Fola Kolade confirmed the incident.
She said:
“They tried to enter the school but they couldn’t. No children were taken but they took our school bus”.
Meanwhile the rumour about four buses full of girls being taken from the Ave Maria school, also in Nyanya, is said to be just that, a rumour.
The students of Ave Maria are said to be sitting undisturbed in their classes while their parents are said to be agitating that their children be released to them as a result of the hijack news
