NIPOST HONOURS STAFF WITH LONG SERVICE AWARDS

The management of the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) on Thursday honoured 14 of its staff that have served the organisation diligently.

The ceremony which was held at NIPOST headquarters in Lagos saw the long service award recipients rewarded with various gifts items.

The General Manager Bulk Post, Dr. Michael Umo said that the long service award was hosted to honour staff for their loyalty, diligence, hard work and commitment to the actualisation of the goals of the organisation.

 

In his words “This is a kind of phenomenon that indicates that you have a smooth relationship in the system while you are there, inviting you is to confirm your sense of belonging and to show that you are cherished. If you have not done what you are supposed to do when you are here, you will not be called here”, He stressed.

 

While congratulating the award recipients, Umo enjoined other workers to take a cue from their success story from the old organisation.

 

The retirees honoured include, Lawal Oluwatosin, Irogbue Peter, Edu Oladapo, Abudu Bisi, Alaga Boro, Jamiu B. o.

 

The others are Nnadi Chris, Ndaliman Mohammed, Igbafen Victoria, Bola Mohammed, Awoyemi Adekunle, Ahmed R and Ogunmola Victor.
