Onochie Martins Nwanko, a 35-year-old Nigerian student in Malaysia has been beaten to death by Malaysian paramilitary officials locally referred to as RELA.
The incident occurred at Venice Hill 33 Condominium in Kajang, Selangor, 11:30 a.m. local time.
The dead student is said to have hugged, kissed and indecently exposed his private parts to a 43-year-old Malaysia woman, a cleaner in the condominium where he stays.
According to local television station NTV7, the terrified woman who somehow managed to escape from her victim reported the issue to the RELA officials guarding the condominium.
The paramilitary guys then swing into action, trying to arrest Martins, this leads to a scuffle as he tries to resist arrest. In the process he is beaten and clubbed with batons, sustaining serious injuries. After been subdued he is tied down and the police are officially informed.
A police spokesman is quoted as saying, that the young man was motionless when they arrived the scene.
At this point he is rushed to the hospital by the police, he later gives up the ghost.
The seven Rela personnel are presently in police custody.
