At the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, Nigeria’s Burna Boy and Odumodublvck walked away without any wins. Burna Boy lost the Best Live Performer category to Missy Elliott, while Odumodublvck was defeated by Ghetts for Best International Flow.
The night’s biggest disappointment was Megan Thee Stallion, who had led the nominations with 12 nods but didn’t win any awards. In contrast, Kendrick Lamar emerged as the top winner, claiming eight awards out of his 11 nominations.
