Olutayo Owolabi is a Nigerian living in the United Kingdom who is wanted for tax crimes. He is believed to have conned the UK treasury of up to a 1 million pounds.
The tax credit fraudster was convicted of from 27 offences relating to tax credits and money laundering in 2011.
It is believed that he his still in the UK, and for the first the UK government is publishing pictures of those who are tax fugitives FBI style.
