Samklef, a well-known music producer, has slammed Nigerian artists and their fans, declaring the music industry dead.
This comes after Grammy winner Wizkid declared rap music to be boring and dead.
He claims that an international body now controls Afrobeats, and that the country has already lost two of its greatest artists, Burna Boy and WizKid.
He went on to say that the country’s music industry is now as local as its celebrities.
