Titi Abubakar, the wife of the People’s Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, told Nigerians on Saturday that she was forgotten and had no aid since she is married to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
People, she claims, have refused to sponsor her pet project, the Women Trafficking and Child Labour Eradication Foundation, just because she is married to Nigeria’s politician, business mogul, and former Vice President.
She, on the other hand, stated that the development would not dissuade her from continuing her efforts to eradicate women’s trafficking and child labor worldwide.
Abubakar made the remarks in Abuja after receiving the Champion 2023 Leadership (Heart of Gold) Award from Champion Newspapers Limited.
