Rapper Nicki Minaj is reportedly in danger of losing her $20 million Hidden Hills, Los Angeles mansion following a court ruling linked to her husband Kenneth Petty’s 2019 assault case.
Court documents show that a German court ordered Minaj and Petty to pay $503,318 to former security guard Thomas Weidenmüller. Weidenmüller says Petty struck him backstage during the “Nicki WRLD Tour,” breaking his jaw and requiring several surgeries.
According to legal filings, the mansion has a $13,258,000 mortgage lien plus a $722,151 homestead exemption, but still retains about $6 million in equity — enough to satisfy the judgment.
Weidenmüller’s legal team claims Minaj and Petty have ignored repeated requests to pay. They’re now asking the court to force a sale of the property to recover the owed sum.
Neither Nicki Minaj nor Kenneth Petty have publicly addressed these proceedings so far.
