Nick Cannon may be separating from wife Mariah Carey, but that’s not stopping him from dripping in diamonds. Nick proved to be the host with the most as he stepped out in the world’s most expensive pair of shoes – a pair of blinged-out shoes worth $2 million.
The handsome host wore the bejeweled Tom Ford footwear — customized with more than 14,000 full-cut round white diamonds, totaling 340 carats — during the season-nine finale of NBC’s America’s Got Talent, airing Wednesday night.
The piece, which took 2,000 work hours over nearly a year, was created by Jason of Beverly Hills founder Jason Arasheben. “When Nick approached me last year, he said he wanted to make history and be so over-the-top. He wanted to set a new standard in diamonds,” Jason said.
The fancy footwear is being reviewed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the Most Valuable Pair of Shoes in the world.
