Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), won the presidential election in all 16 local government areas of Kwara State on Saturday.
The APC candidate received 263,572 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Alh Atiku Abubakar, received 136,909 votes.
Mr Peter Obi of the Labour Party finished third with 31,166 votes, while Engr. Rabiu Kwakwanso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) received 3,141 votes.
