The defunct Nelita duo, made up of Nelly and Anita, has emerged as the only former pair to have two finalists in the Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ reality show.
The show, which kicked off on July 28 with 14 pairs (28 housemates), saw the contestants unpaired on September 2, forcing them to compete individually.
On Sunday, September 29, Nelita became the only duo to secure two spots in the finals after members of the other three duos—Mbadiwe Twins, DoubleKay, and Aces—were evicted.
With Ocee, Topher, and Kassia now out of the race, the final eight housemates vying for the N100 million grand prize are Kellyrae, Victoria, Wanni, Onyeka, Ozee, Anita, Nelly, and Sooj. The grand finale takes place next Sunday.
