An Ohio man named Hall is missing an eyebrow after a drunk neighbor named Oates attacked him and bit him on the face, according to local reports.
Cops in Eerie County say Robert Oates, 48, “bull rushed” neighbor Scott Hall, 40, outside Hall’s house on Monday night and chomped a chunk of flesh from above his eye.
“It appeared (Hall’s) eyebrow was almost completely bitten off,” police documents said, according to the Sandusky Register newspaper.
Police said Oates and a pal were drunk when they came to Hall’s house.
Hall had been watching Monday Night Football and confronted the two men in his driveway.
Oates was fuming that Hall refused to testify in court on his behalf in an upcoming court case, local ABC News reported.
Hall received stiches on his face and was also treated for injuries to his hand.
Meanwhile, officers who went to Oates’ home needed Tasers to take the burly maneater down.
Oates later told police Hall swung first, local ABC said.
Oates and his cohort, Ronald Mantz, 53, were charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing police business.
